Royal Air Force Museum Ticket Portal

Forces in STEM will begin at 10:00am and finish at 14:30pm. Please allow time for registration and arrive for 09:30am. Upon arrival please ensure all students stay on the coach and one teacher from the school head to the Visitors Centre to register.

Lunch will not be provided so students will need to bring packed lunches with them. The onsite restaurant will be open for refreshments from 10:00am.

There will be both a workshop and a show on offer throughout the day. There are limited spaces on each of these activities and they will be booked on a first come-first served basis. Please book either the workshop or the show, you are will not be allowed to book both. If you make a booking for both a workshop and a show we will remove one of them at random from your booking, so to ensure you dont miss out, only book ONE. 

Please note, you may only book the Science Show or Theory of Flight workshop as the events occur at the same time. The 2024 show for Forces in STEM is A Volatile History of Chemistry delivered by the STEM Response Team from the University of Wolverhampton.

Join the Royal Air Force for an exciting, hands on Theory of Flight Workshop. Learn about the forces that act upon an aircraft/glider during flight. You will be making a glider and challenging the RAF to see if you can beat their distances!
