Pillows and Pilots 2024 - Midlands
Youth groups aged 7 -15 are invited to set up base camp at the RAF Museum Midlands, where they will sleep amongst the aircraft, tanks and missiles.
Our popular Pillows and Pilots event is back! On Friday 4th October, budding aviators have the amazing opportunity to explore the RAF Museum Midlands after opening hours. The event is open to youth groups with young people aged between 7 and 15 years.
Activities
Groups will set up camp in the National Cold War Hangar after the museum has closed on Friday 4th October before taking part in a fun-filled evening of activities in the museum's hangars alongside a Silent Disco and dinner in our Airfield Kitchen. The perfect end to an exciting night will be the film screening that can be enjoyed with popcorn before settling down for the night nestled amongst the aircraft.
Each participant will receive a unique Pillows and Pilots woven badge.
A continental breakfast will be served the following morning and all participants will have early bird access to the Museum Shop.
